This is a course for you if you’d like to be more happy and fulfilled with how you spend most of your waking life. Work is a perfect arena for exploring your potential. The way we work, regardless of the type of job or company, can make a huge difference. Discover a true sense of what it means to have a “good time” at work: joy, satisfaction, meaning, creativity and positive accomplishments. See more efficency and better results whilst developing your growth. We will be exploring tools from Mindfulness and neuroscience as well as the Skillful Means teachings. Skillful Means is a body of knowledge that you can uniquely incorporate into your daily life. Through practical techniques in transforming awareness, concentration, and energy, discover fulfillment, calm, and self-knowledge in work, and let wisdom inform your actions. ----------- Limited to 15 people. ----------- Mondays from 28 May to 16 July.
