Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama,
Auckland. This course, new for 2020, runs over two Tuesday evenings
630 - 8:30 PM starting 25 February. Join Kelila and learn how to spice
up your meals with Cajun and Creole recipes. From the American South,
these cuisines combine French, African, Native American, and Italian
traditions to create something completely unique. One week you will be
making a gumbo with rice and beignets and the second week you will
create jumbalaya, maque choux, and pralines. Course fee includes all
ingredients.
