Redemption

Welcome to REDEMPTION! **Registration closes Friday 21st of September** Who? REDEMPTION WILL BE THE ANNUAL COMPETITION HOSTED BY CROSSFIT IRON PARADISE AND CROSSFIT LUX. Anyone can enter and have a go at trying to qualify for REDEMPTION. When? The online qualifier starts Saturday 1st of September. You have the month of September to complete 5 workouts and submit your scores to this Facebook event page. REDEMPTION WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY THE 13TH OF OCTOBER FROM 7AM - 5pm. Where? The online qualifier can be held at your CrossFit affiliate or anywhere you have the required CrossFit gear. Those who qualify will be competing in REDEMPTION AT THE YMCA, Akoranga Drive, North Shore. Divisions? Individual - RX Male - RX Female - Scaled Male - Scaled Female Teams (2 males, 1 female) - RX - Scaled *The top 20 individuals and top 10 teams from each division will qualify to compete at REDEMPTION. Cost? Online Qualifier = $20 per athlete ($60 per team) REDEMPTION = $99 per athlete ($297 per team) Programming done by ALTR How do I sign up? Sign up online at > http://www.redemption.nz/ [http://www.redemption.nz/] PLEASE READ The online qualifier for REDEMPTION WILL START SATURDAY THE 1ST OF SEPTEMBER. 1 workout will be released each week and you have the month of September to complete these and submit your scores on our Facebook event page. Workout 1 will be released Saturday 1st of September, workout 2 Saturday 8th, workout 3 and 4 Saturday 15th and workout 5 Saturday the 22nd. Registration closes Friday the 21st of September. You need to submit ALL 5 workout scores in the same post. Once your final results are posted we will ask you to send through a video of ONE of the workouts of OUR choice. You will have 48 hours to send this through. There will only be one chance to post your scores before Sunday 30th September so please ensure these are your best times. The top 20 RX males and females, top 20 Scaled males and females and the top 10 RX and Scaled teams who qualify for REDEMPTION WILL BE POSTED ON OUR FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE ON WEDNESDAY THE 3RD OF OCTOBER.
