The Big Sing (TBS) is a nationwide secondary schools choral festival. Regional events take place in June in 9 centres involving around 8,000 students from over 160+ schools, supported by their families and communities. The Big Sing has been taking place for over 30 years and is New Zealand's largest choral event. TBS Finale features the top 24 choirs chosen from the choirs who participated in the regional events from across New Zealand. This is the first time that The Big Sing Finale has been in Dunedin since 2019.
