Students are also required to attend 40-hr of regular classes at One
Yoga Studio as part of the TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAMME (already
included in the tuition fee).

The PROGRAMME WILL BE CONDUCTED IN BILINGUAL (Cantonese and English).

CERTIFICATION
Upon graduation you will be awarded the 200-hour certification of
completion with which you can register with Yoga ALLIANCE AS A RYT200
TEACHER.
REQUIREMENT
Applicants should have at least 6 months of regular yoga practice and
prepare to commit to regular self-practice during the PROGRAMME.
MISSION
This 200-hour TRAINING PROGRAMME IS CATERED TO EXPERIENCED YOGA
PRACTITIONERS WHO WISH TO ADVANCE THEIR PRACTICES OR TEACHING. This
course is designed to provide you with a thorough and comprehensive
TRAINING IN BOTH THE PRACTICE AND TEACHING OF YOGA. Whether your goal
is simply to enhance and deepen your own knowledge, or to gain the
skills and accreditation to teach others, our mission is to deliver a
high-quality TRAINING THAT PROVIDES YOU WITH ALL THE TOOLS NEEDED TO
PROGRESS YOU FORWARD ON YOUR YOGA JOURNEY.
One Yoga offers this PROGRAMME HOPING TO GROW OUR COMMUNITY OF
COMMITTED YOGA PRACTITIONERS. Our goal is to empower those who are
dedicated to his/her personal practice through the sharing of
knowledge, skills and tools we have learned in our journey; so that
you too can be a TEACHER.
