People have differing priorities and values, often leading to
misunderstandings that may result in conflicts in our life and work.
This 2-hour workshop outlines types of conflicts and various responses
to interpersonal conflicts. Suggestions for addressing such conflict
will be discussed, including allowing a time and space to learn more
about ourselves – because how we deal with confrontation also speaks
volumes about our maturity. This workshop is for anyone for seeks
personal growth, even if you aren’t currently facing a conflict.
Speakers are clinical psychologists at the Institute of Mental Health
(IMH).
