This month, the restaurant is hosting THE SINDHI SUPPER CLUB, a
THREE-NIGHT EXCLUSIVE DINNER POP-UP championing one of the Indian
subcontinent’s most flavourful and underrated culinary traditions.
In collaboration with CHEF VICKY RATNANI, a Chef of the Year and
Culinary Icon of the Year awardee by Travel + Leisure India and a
decades-long champion of Indian food culture through television and
cookbooks, FIRANGI SUPERSTAR is doing what it does best: tELLING THE
STORIES BEHIND INDIAN FOOD THAT DESERVE TO BE HEARD.
Bold, deeply rooted, and rarely seen on SINGAPORE menus, SINDHI
CUISINE IS DEFINED BY SLOW-cooked dishes, tamarind-laced gravies, and
punchy layered spicing. Chef VICKY BRINGS HIS SIGNATURE STORYTELLING
APPROACH TO THE TABLE, making this as much A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE AS IT
