AFPA 76th AGM & Conference

THE ALBERTA FOREST PRODUCTS ASSOCIATION IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE ITS 76TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CONFERENCE ON SEPTEMBER 26 - 28, 2018.   Join forest industry leaders at the picturesque Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Register by June 30th to be entered into the Early Bird draw! Advance registration is strongly recommended, limited number of on-site Conference registrations will be available. Please contact the AFPA to inquire about Sponsorship opportunities at 780.452.2841.   * Sponsorship levels include: Golf, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Register for the 30th Annual Arden Rytz Golf Tournament. Remember to book your hotel rooms directly with the Jasper Park Lodge (780.852.3301).  * Fairmont Hotels & Resorts requires guests to reserve rooms 30 days prior to the conference date in order to qualify for the AFPA conference rate.  Reservations and deposits received after August 25, 2018 will be confirmed based on availability. * The Jasper Park Lodge requires a minimum of 40 days’ notice prior to arrival date for a full refund of room deposit.  Reservations cancelled within 39 days of arrival will be charged one night’s accommodation.  * Fairmont Hotels & Resorts currently charges an Early Departure Fee (based on 50% of the negotiated conference rate) for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. * Check-out time is 12:00 noon and guests leaving later than the check-out time may be subject to applicable fees.   FAQS   IS MY REGISTRATION/TICKET TRANSFERRABLE? Yes: The deadline for Early Bird pricing and draw is June 30th.  The deadline for all on-line registrations is September 21st.   CAN I UPDATE MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION? Yes: The deadline for all on-line registrations is September 21st. DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? No   WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY? Conference registration refunds will be issued until registration closes on September 21st.   After registration closes, refunds will not be issued.  You may transfer your paid conference registration to another person. Please note that the Jasper Park Lodge has different cancellation and refund policies than the AFPA.  All hotel registrations and/or requests for refunds must be directed to the Jasper Park Lodge.   THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN'T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS THAT OKAY?
