legendary East African Safari Classic Rally is a nine-day rally
covering up to 5,000km across Kenya and Tanzania.First run in 2003, it
revives the essence of the original Safari Rally, which established
East Africa as a major motorsports destination and built an
unshakeable reputation as the world's toughest rally, drawing
competitors like Travis Pastrana in 2011 and Ken Block in 2022.Cars
must be built before 1985 and Porsche 911s and Ford Escorts feature
heavily. Drivers cover more than 700 kilometers on some days. There is
no prize, so the drivers who compete want to win the race for the
