Robertson.WHO IS FIONA?
Fiona Robertson [https://www.linkedin.com/in/fionarobertson-culture/]
is an expert in ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE, leadership and teamwork who
holds an MBA from London Business School and is a Graduate of the
Australian Institute of Company Directors. In her 30-year career she
has worked with and consulted to dozens of blue-chip organisations
domestically and internationally.
She spent a cumulative twelve years in senior executive positions at
NAB. Her tenure as Head of Culture there included the introduction of
a set of values and the development of a new purpose. She is now an
independent culture change advisor, speaker and mentor.

Fiona will speak about the need to radically simplify our
understanding of organisational culture and how to change it. She will
explain why Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is wrong, what to focus on
if you want to change your culture and what your culture needs from
you.
