MEET THE SPEAKER: Andrew Germain received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Rensselaer Polytechnic institute in 1973 and had a career as a NASA engineer from 1986-2023. Mr. Germain is an atheist and anti-theist.
