Count on a fun evening creating a variety of exciting small plates of dim sum. Dim Sum is dumplings or wontons stuffed with meat, fish, or vegetables and are then steamed or fried. Some are savory, and others are sweet. Participants will prepare and sample recipes, so bring your appetite! Hands-On! Participants ages 16 and older for safety please.
