With games, exercises and improvisations stimulating us into playing and inventing, we begin through a thorough analysis of movement to discover or rediscover our bodies, the space we occupy, the objects we use and the sounds we make. We keep largely away from language in the arly stages so as to concentrate on building our physical and visual awareness. We study the skills and draw from the rechniques of modern mime.
