Are you a sustainable organization? How do you know? Learn how to make
sense of complexities in your sustainability journey During this lunch
session, you will be introduced to a new sustainability tool from the
EU. This tool aims to make it easier for people to understand what
lies beneath the word “sustainability”. Being an organization that
strives towards becoming sustainable from economical, social and
environmental perspectives is important for many. But what does it
mean to be sustainable? There are many aspects that are relevant to
the idea and aspiration of sustainability. In this session, we will
walk you through the Social Economy Canvas that is a visual sense
making tool. It is a tool for entrepreneurs, agencies, and
policymakers, and is used to assess an organization’s degree or
maturity of sustainability. As a participant, you will have the
opportunity to test and perform a self-assessment of your own. This
session is designed to test and evaluate the Social Economy Canvas, so
discussions and experiences will feed back into the working group to
improve the canvas and address underlying questions. The series of
events will be lead by Anders W. Tell, the CEO and Founder of WorkEm
Toolsmiths. ——— Anders W. Tell is an experienced advisor and
facilitator with a background working on all levels from UN, EU,
international and national agencies to small scale entrepreneurs. He
specialises in helping people untangle and make sense of complexities
in their sustainability journeys, business and digital
transformations, and sustainable supply chains. These events highlight
how the unique Interweaving method can be used to grow peoples
knowledge towards their own desired maturity. Anders is involved in
the group improving the Social Economy Canvas.
