This year, we will continue our study of Leaders of Their Own Learning, with an eye to maximize impact. To help school teams focus on their key instructional priorities—be in student-engaged assessment or another important instructional issue—we will augment our learning with the new book, The Internal Coherence Framework: Creating the Conditions for Continuous Improvement, by Forman, Stosich, and Bocala. While the book has a daunting title, it is full of practical and step-by-step suggestions to bring greater focus and coherence to your instructional priorities.
