All LEVELS YOGA MEETS YOUR BODY WHERE IT IS. Expect a yoga class
grounded by traditional asana (poses), dhyāna (meditation), pranayama
(breathwork), and a little sanskrit chanting. Classes will be
physically challenging, but not always a sweaty workout. Yoga
instructors bring their favorite sequences and techniques from a
variety of yoga lineages, and invite you to experience them in your
body. All bodies are yoga bodies, just show up and see what happens,
you might move or breathe in new ways and/or get reacquainted with
some old friends.Weekly / Mondays / 6PM
