These classes are uniquely tailored for the energy of the room and the
students present. Here we focus on slow flow with MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND
BREATHING, holding postures, increasing strength, and drawing
awareness to the inner world. The intention is to create a sense of
freedom in both the physical and mental states of being. The pace and
approach of this class is inviting for all levels, even beginners.
