Healthy Workplace Boundaries: Adopting boundaries to become more
productive Many people spend more time at work than they do at play
and setting appropriate boundaries at work becomes difficult. However,
creating boundaries is critical to maintaining a healthy life. This
engaging two-hour class presents the benefits of healthy boundaries,
the difficulties and challenges in keeping them, and tips and tools to
