new and improved parks around Anchorage. Discover gardening tricks and
expand your forestry knowledge.
Park Place is a monthly summer community park program exploring
Anchorage’s history, people and community through neighborhood
parks. Held the third Saturday of each month, Park Place varies
between Anchorage parks and culminates Sept. 15 on the Anchorage
Museum lawn. Each program features free activities, games and
entertainment with food available for purchase.
