This year's Musica Nova composer,Vivian Fung,is an award-winning composer with a unique talent for combining idiosyncratic textures and styles into large-scale works, reflecting her multicultural background. Her new Trumpet Concerto features Classical Trumpeter and award-winningMary Elizabeth Bowden. Vivaldi's Gloria is one of sacred music's most uplifting choral works. We are thrilled to share the stage with three stellar local soloists and Concert Choirs from four area high schools.
