Serve your body and mind in this integrated yoga and MEDITATION
EXPERIENCE. Classes typically begin with grounding the body and
expanding breath awareness. From there, the practice moves into a
balanced and strengthening yoga sequence influenced by a diversity of
teachings to include Kundalini kriyas, hatha and flow. Then, we
harness the focus and awareness cultivated in the body for a 15-30
minute basic MEDITATION INSPIRED BY THE PHILOSOPHIES OF ZEN.All Levels
