Mastermind Meeting

Where: 1577 C Street 3rd Floor BoardroomWe are located in the Alaska Village Initiatives Building aka the C Street Plaza accessible from 16th avenue just West of the Bristol Corporation Building off of A street and before you get to C street on 16th avenue.

At the Mastermind Meeting, we learn to more fully engage in the law of reciprocity.  In the context of networking in our group, members adopt this philosophy to dedicate themselves to giving business to their fellow networkers rather than making getting business for themselves, their foremost concern.  In doing so, other members naturally become eager to repay the kindness by sending them business in return.  The law of reciprocity is a great way to live life in general and it is a standard which we can all apply to ourselves—key word being “ourselves”; it is not a sword to be pointed at others who may not adopt the philosophy.

Who should attend?   Anyone wanting to apply the law of reciprocity in their professional lives.Career professionals, new business owners, long-time business owners, people thinking about starting their own businesses, people looking to make a career change, job seekers or anyone interested in sharing their network to help to help a new found friend grow personally, professional and financially.

Membership is FREE and by joining us you will enjoy:

• have brainstorming sessions using the powerful minds of the entire group for opportunities and obstacles you encounter

• you will be exposed to the latest digital marketing tips and tricks you can adopt for little or no money

• being treated to expert guest speakers who expand your sales, strategies and business knowledge and provide useful tools

• make new strategic alliances to help you achieve your goals

• benefit from the group holding you accountable to achieving your goals as we help break them down into tiny bit sized pieces that you can readily accomplish

• the effects of the law of reciprocity so long as you are an active member of the group

There is no fee to attend the Mastermind Meeting.  We do ask that you join us for lunch for a $15.00 fee.  The fee is used to buy the lunches and if any is left over it goes to help pay for the room rent.

We strongly ask that you RSVP for lunch or not to have lunch and prepay through this site:

1. so that we can have an accurate headcount before the meeting

2. so that we can make sure enough lunches are purchased

3. so that we have enough room for everyone (our meetings are reaching room capacity)  You will want to make sure to save your seat so you can attend the meeting.

If you have an idea or item you would like to sponsor to use the law of reciprocity on a group level and receive marketing credit for your sponsorship please contact Joy Bunde, the Mastermind Facilitator.  Joy Bunde is a certified career coach, trained HR professional, and experienced digital/social media marketing contractor.  Joy enjoys keeping her fees at the lowest possible price in order to help as many people as possible.

We also encourage you if you can, to make a small donation to help your Mastermind Meeting cover the costs of room rent and to buy meeting supplies.  The goal is to build up a small savings account to allow us to put on more group events and fun activities.  Recommended donation amount is between $5.00 - $25.00.  

The group is efficient and knows how to keep our costs to a minimum.  However, we are striving to power ourselves financially through our group member contributions and maintain a self-sufficient status.   

We meet the 2nd Wednesday of every month.
