Description In a word, "Qi" means energy and "Gong" means work. By
learning the 5 various standing exercises and sitting meditations
offered in this class, you will learn how to work on yourself
mentally, physically and spiritually. The exercises incorporate motion
and breathing. Qigong Level 1 is required before taking Qigong Level
2. Please wear comfortable clothes; long pants and long sleeve shirts
recommended. Norman Orr has studied Qigong for 45 years and has been
teaching it for over 30. Qigong Level 1 is pre-requisite for Qigong
