Check Registration Dates in details.Teen/Adult (14 years+) Tailored for teens and adults, this progressive and personalized curriculum will put swimmers on a clear track towards their individualized swimming goals. New swimmers gain confidence in the water as they focus on water comfort, submersion, and the basics of the freestyle stroke.
