Check Registration Dates in details.Culinary Class Description:Participants will learn a brief history of tortillas and tamales, what tools you need, and how to make them! You will see the process unfold, then make some yourself. This class will be offered on Saturday morning at the Fort Tuthill Mess Hall in Flagstaff, AZ. It will be taught by our incredible culinary instructor, Willa McAuliffe.Culinary classes require pre-registration so that we will have enough ingredients for each student. Make sure to register online at least 3 days before the program starts. Our programs must meet minimum and maximum enrollment standards. If you are enrolled in a program that doesn't meet the minimum enrollment standard the program will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees. The cost for this program is $25* for Adults (18 and older) and $15* for Youth (8 - 17 years old).*There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied at check-out. Skip the processing fee by registering and paying with cash or a check at the Parks & Recreation Office, located at Fort Tuthill County Park.Participant Withdrawals/Cancellations:All withdrawals from recreation programs are subject to an administrative fee of $6.00 charged per withdrawal.• 100% of program fee (less administrative fee) - withdrawals occurring 7 or more days prior to program start date.• 50% of program fee (less administrative fee) - withdrawals occurring between 4 and 6 days prior to program start date.• Program fees will be forfeited for withdrawals initiated between 1 and 3 days prior to program start date.Program Cancelation & Enrollment Information:Our programs must meet minimum and maximum enrollment standards.
