Sandtray Therapy 101

In this training we will:

-Explore the history and theory of Sandplay

-Learn about the function of Sandtray

-Learn about the role of clinician

-Explore Sandtray materials and documenting

-Learn to facilitate sessions and process sessions

-Have Sandtray time

 *A practice Sandtray and supplies will be provided for the training. You will practice both roles of the clinician and the client.

Comments: Certificates of Completion will be given for those who complete the 7.0 hours of training. The certificate will reflect CEU requirements according to Arizona Administration Code, Board of Behavioral Health Examiners-Social Workers, LPC, and LMFT standards.

As with all SHCA Clinical Training, we require at least 8 participants to host the training. If there are less than 8 participants, SHCA reserves the right to cancel the training if we do not meet our required number.
