DescriptionJoin us for a fun and relaxed Italian cooking class focused on making gnocchi and sauces. You'll learn the basics of preparing soft, homemade gnocchi and how to pair it with simple flavorful sauces. This hands-on class is perfect for anyone who wants to explore Italian cooking and pick up a few new skills. This class will be offered on Saturday afternoon at the Fort Tuthill Mess Hall in Flagstaff, AZ. It will be taught by our incredible culinary instructor, Willa McAuliffe.Culinary classes require pre-registration so that we will have enough ingredients for each student. Make sure to register online at least 3 days before the program starts. Our programs must meet minimum and maximum enrollment standards. If you are enrolled in a program that doesn't meet the minimum enrollment standard the program will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable processing fees.The cost for this program is $25* for Adults (18 and older) and $15* for Youth (8 - 17 years old).*There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied at check-out. Skip the processing fee by registering and paying with cash or a check at the Parks & Recreation Office, located at Fort Tuthill County Park.Participant Withdrawals/Cancellations:All withdrawals from recreation programs are subject to an administrative fee of $6.00 charged per withdrawal.• 100% of program fee (less administrative fee) - withdrawals occurring 7 or more days prior to program start date.• 50% of program fee (less administrative fee) - withdrawals occurring between 4 and 6 days prior to program start date.• Program fees will be forfeited for withdrawals initiated between 1 and 3 days prior to program start date.Program Cancelation & Enrollment Information:Our programs must meet minimum and maximum enrollment standards.
