Qigong + Sound Bath

Hey everyone.. we got a new space !! So excited to announce we will be holding our QIGONG/SOUND BATH MEET -ups at the Soul Center in MESA . Our QIGONG AND SOUND MEDITATION GROUP WILL MEET EVERY OTHER FRIDAY , the next one is this Friday, December 3rd.Soul Center is a beautiful communal space located in downtown Mesa. 130 W Main Street , Mesa Arizona In order to help maintain this space going forward I have added a love donation of $10 . This is not required to attend the group but of course appreciated????. Please remember to bring a yoga mat, cushion and or blanket, water and a smile ????.
