Description Internet Registration has not begun yet. Check Registration Dates in details. This WOMEN'S COMPETITIVE INDOOR VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE (A-1, A-2,A-3) plays THURSDAY nights. With leagues A-1 & A-2 playing at the Broadway Recreation Center (BRC), then A-3 playing at the Eagles Community Center. This is a competitive league (for the advanced player). Each division will have 8 teams with the possibility of moving up/down divisions after each season. The league is 7 weeks, round-robin format, one match a night consisting of three games. The first and second games are to 25 points and the third game is to 15 points with rally scoring used. Games will start no earlier than 6:30pm. All leagues are played 6 vs. 6, registration is "first come first serve" and is for full teams only. League placement requests are not guaranteed but considered. Record in previous seasons will be taken into account when placing teams in each division. If you are a NEW team to the City of Mesa your team will likely be placed in A-3 unless substantial proof is shown that the team can compete in a higher division right away. You will be contacted via email at least 10 days before the season starts for when you can start inputting your roster to www.teamsideline.com/mesaaz along with when schedules have been posted. We do take schedule requests into consideration as well. A transfer or refund (minus a $50 non-refundable fee) will be provided up to five business days before the activity begins This policy also applies to teams who are removed from the league for registering in a lower or higher division than approved.
