Participants will engage in fun group social runs with their peers
while building healthy, physical, and social habits within a
supportive environment. Running is an excellent activity for youth to
increase physical fitness, elevate positive mood, and enhance
self-confidence. At the beginning of each group run participants will
learn and take part in proper warm-up, then will run, jog, or walk for
30 minutes, and at the end cool down while connecting with others
socially. Bring water and please wear comfortable clothing and
athletic shoes. Additionally, participants must be able to function in
a 1:20 staff to child ratio, be in an active group setting for an
extended period, and be able to take care of their own basic daily
