This is a very powerful way to release tension in your brain, chakras,
organs, joints, and muscles. We will teach you how to vibrate the
whole body, chakras, organs, etc. You will experience your mind and
body become lighter and lighter; your emotional baggage and unclear
thought go away. Your state of mind becomes an alpha state and then
transform into theta waves. You will experience total relaxation and a
peaceful mind during the class and after the class.
You don't need to bring a yoga mat but wear comfortable clothes and
socks.
