Engineer a gravity-powered car, then explore the effects of gravitational energy while experimenting with different weights and wheel sizes to get your car movin' and groovin'. Finish off by creating colorful drip paintings — all with a little help from a very big force (gravity)! Explore: gravity, engineering, and force WED Ballista- Build a ballista and experiment with aiming and launching! Explore the physics of projection. Explore: aim, propulsion, trajectory THUR Hydraulic Claw- Build with hydraulics! Hydraulics are used all over, from airplanes to factories to theme parks. Explore engineering and learn how to build your own hydraulic lifting claw and continue experimenting with bonus design challenges.
