Rachel Thomas, LMFT is the owner of Therapy With Heart which specializes in couples and relationship therapy. Rachel has been practicing therapy for almost 20 years and is a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and serves as the Director of Training on the AzEFT Board. Her practice consists of 8 clinicians that all provide therapy that is safe, accepting and compassionate to help people overcome struggles they are currently facing in their relationship. In addition to couples therapy, Therapy With Heart specializes in grief and loss, dating and navigating being single, and adolescent and family therapy.
