Transportation is an important part of our lives. We need it to get to
work, school, socialize, take care of our family, get healthy, stay
healthy and more. It is vital to a productive and rewarding life.
Public transportation helps many people make these important
connections. Valley Metro serves 17 cities and towns in the Valley and
riding it is easier than you think! Learn how to use the bus, light
rail, circulators and paratransit in a workshop at Ability360. The
session includes a presentation, a bus demo and ride and a light rail
ride using the new 50th Street station. The presentation will offer an
overview of Valley Metro services, fares, trip planning, accessibility
features and more. Learn about service updates and one-on-one training
opportunities. Participants receive a complimentary 1-day pass for
that day. This learning opportunity is open to the public. GUEST
