that combines martial arts, boxing and dance moves. You will learn the
main techniques about kickboxing and practice them during the class
period. Class is suitable for males and females. It is a great
work-out for upper and lower body, while having fun and getting great
results. Expect conditioning, toning as well as a great increase in
