Description This Yoga class is geared towards the beginner
participant. Class will emphasize breathing, stretching and
flexibility. You will be pleased with how Yoga can relieve stress and
tension, give better balance, and build body strength. Drop-ins are
welcome for $8.00 on the day of at the front desk. A Recreation pass
