Let's celebrate the career of the City of Phoenix's Cynthia Brown. With more than three decades of service to the Parks and Recreation Department and community, Cynthia is retiring and going on to bigger and better things! Join us as we honor her on Wednesday, March 11 from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm at Steele Indian School Park's Memorial Hall. Suggested donation is requested to cover food and other expenses.
