You're never too old to be healthy and strong. A blend of cardiovascular and muscle endurance training, Fit Over Fifty helps seniors build strength and stamina, balance, and flexibility. This small group training program enables older adults to live fit, active and indepedndent lifestyles.

This class will be held at the Tumbleweed Recreation Center located at 745 East Germann Road upstairs in Group Exercise Studio B.
