Chi Easy is a carefully developed approach that makes Tai Chi easy,
fun, and beneficial right away. Tai Chi Easy consists of classic and
simple Qigong including 4 essential Qi cultivation methods. - postural
allignment and tai chi movements - breathe practice - self applied
massage -relaxation, visualization, and meditation practices. No class
