Description Learn the Yang Style Long Form, a slow, graceful, rhythmic
exercise, which promotes good health and improves balance, memory and
concentration. The Yang Style Long Form is a series of postures which
are broken into three sections. All students must be proficient in the
positions from the first and second sections. This class will review
the positions of the first and second sections and will cover
positions from the third section. Please note, if you are not at the
appropriate skill level, you will be asked to withdraw and staff will
do their best to locate a class at the correct level. Age Category
