“Manlates” focusses on the things that men need most, core strengthening and flexibility.
Clinical Pilates improves core stability, general body conditioning, body imbalances, posture, strength, flexibility and breathing.
As the classes are run by our male physiotherapists, the cost of the class can be claimed under your private health cover.
Before attending a class, an initial assessment on each participant is completed in the clinic so that any injuries can be ruled out and basic Pilate’s principles can be taught.
