Stay connected with the creative writing community and work towards
common goals at the #PHXLITSERV MEETING ON SATURDAY, MAY 30,
2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Union Stage at the Memorial
Union (MU 085) at ASU TEMPE (301 E Orange St, Tempe, AZ 85281).
Agenda items include:
* GENERAL UPDATES and introductions
* REVISED GROUP STRUCTURE (what 'membership' in the PhxLitServ
means)
* SHARED COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE (such as internal mailing
lists, google calendars, and facebook groups)
* STRATEGIC PLANNING and scheduling for fiscal year 2021 / next
season
* BREAKOUT GROUPS by topic and interest
Please note: while this MEETING IS GEARED TOWARDS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE
INTERESTED IN OR ALREADY ORGANIZING SOME KIND OF LITERARY EVENT OR
PROGRAM IN PHOENIX, Arizona, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
PHXLITSERV TO ATTEND. Any individual who is interested in getting
more involved or staying connected with creative writing and literary
arts in Phoenix, Arizona is encouraged to attend.

RSVPing. Remote access will be available through Zoom. More
information about remote access will be sent through Eventbrite via
