Description
Come and join this group exercise class that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with strength training and stretching to improve fitness. This is a fun, energetic class that gets the body moving to the sounds of pop, Latin, old school, Soca Carribean, and much more! Participants must bring their own floor mat.
