This class will be focused on how to practice self-care using healing activities, journal prompts, nutrition tips, music therapy, reading, and more. It's easy to forget the importance of sitting down, relaxing, and creating a healthy relationship with yourself. Each week we will incorporate new ways of caring for ourselves and build habits to show ourselves some love. Join us for a fun and easy-going class full of healing from the inside out.
