Boot Camp for New Moms is a three-hour workshop facilitated by mothers
for first time and or expectant mothers. Using a one-on-one approach,
the veteran mom and her baby will orient new moms on feeding,
burping, changing, and caring for her baby while exchanging
experiences and advice, speak openly about what it is like being a
mom, as well as having discussions about pregnancy,
parenting, emotional health, relationship, support, self-care over
the adjustment and challenges of becoming a mother.
