**Light lunch and soft drinks provided** RSVP at artisticliteracy@calperformances.org As one of 26 organizations around the country, we received a major grant from the Wallace Foundation to create new works with students. These projects offer unique authorship and hands-on experience with cultural curation for UC Berkeley students in a fully produced and professionally supported environment. Working with professionals in dance, theater, and live performing arts, you can: • Collaborate on the design of a professionally produced event as part of the Cal Performances 2015/16 season • Work with nationally renowned guest artists to curate a set of performances • Work side-by-side with Cal Performances curatorial and production staff, learning more about the field from the inside • Participate in a commissioned large scale dance project, choreographed by nationally-emerging professional dance artists, created in collaboration with and performed by the dance crews and musical ensembles on the campus. • Make connections with professionals who curate, produced and present live performing arts.
