SHABBAT IN THE PARK FOR YOUNG CHILDREN ... and info on FAMILY
LEARNING, an alternative to Hebrew or Sunday school Join other
families with YOUNG CHILDREN TO CONNECT, play, relax and make simple
challah covers to take home at a casual SHABBAT HANGOUT IN THE PARK.
This celebration is especially for CHILDREN 1-5 and their loved ones.
Older and YOUNGER SIBLINGS ARE ALSO INVITED. At 10:30am we'll sing
SHABBAT SONGS AND ENJOY A STORY, challah, grape juice, and more with
Rabbi Bridget Wynne. We’ll also have info available about Growing
Together, an open and diverse Jewish FAMILY LEARNING PROGRAM FOR AGES
PRESCHOOL AND UP THAT INCLUDES THE OPTION OF BAR/bat mitzvah. There
are picnic tables and we'll have blankets for those who want to sit on
the grass. WHO: All are welcome, including interfaith, intercultural,
LGBTQ, and adoptive families; people of color; single parents; and
grandparents. No Jewish experience is necessary. Feel free to invite
