Returning after last season's heroic cycle of the complete Beethoven quartets, the Takács welcomes commanding pianist Garrick Ohlsson for Brahms' inventive and richly contrapuntal Piano Quintet, plus the first of Mozart's ebullient Prussian quartets and Shostakovich's brooding Eleventh Quartet.
