Closed to new students What to bring: All props will be provided.These classes incorporate gentle stretching, breath work, modified yoga poses to build balance, strength and range of motion in major joints of the body, as well as relaxation. No prior experience is necessary. Students must be able to transfer to the floor and back up again in order to participate in the Mat portion of the practice.
