Level 7 - Sharks Fundamentals of Diving: backstroke, elementary backstroke, freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly with competitive flip turns; sidestroke and water rescue skills; tread for time with and without arms; 10 minute swim test with turns. Prerequisite: Participant must have completed level 6 Porpoise. A SWIM ASSESSMENT IS REQUIRED IF: - YOU ARE NEW TO GIAMMONA POOL *OTHER FACILITIES' LEVELS/STANDARDS DO NOT TRANSLATE OVER TO GIAMMONA POOL. - YOU HAVE NOT HAD SWIMMING LESSONS AT GIAMMONA POOL IN OVER 2 MONTHS PLEASE EMAIL BSAI@DALYCITY.ORG TO SCHEDULE A SWIM ASSESSMENT.
